After what seemed like a long delay due to CoVID 19, the Medicine, Older Adult & Palliative Program were able to announce the recipients of the 2020 Unsung Hero Award on the morning of September 29th in Lecture Theatre 1500 and via Zoom.

The physicians and staff of the Medicine, Older Adult & Palliative Program care for some our most challenging and vulnerable patients with great attention and compassion. But there are those that stand out and starting this year, we are excited to be able to recognize and celebrate them through the annual Medicine, Older Adult and Palliative Program Unsung Hero Awards. These individuals in their daily work, go above and beyond the call of duty to improve patient care, outcomes and health care delivery.
